Although, the vocation of our study focuses mainly on corporate architecture programs, in this case we had the opportunity to develop a large single-family residential project. The vast trajectory in projects of recycling, restoration, building extensions and new constructions; placed us in front of a challenge of a house dating from 1927; that required all the intervention phases mentioned.

With dedication, professionalism and a careful study of the interventions on the existing building, regain life through the incorporation of all new technologies that today has for a A ++ category house. The use of high quality materials, excellent finishes and the respect for protection category that the building presented, resulted in wonderful architectural results that collaborate and encourage with Prado neighborhood in its growth.
The need of a particular team- work, as architects, decorators, engineers, restorers and landscapers were imminent at the time of getting started. The scale of the project and the different fronts that had to intervene, forced to collect and generate a particular work environment among the different professionals, achieving very favorable results, which speak for themselves in the published images.
