Following their investment plan in our country, Swiss Promotion Group adds to his portfolio an office building with premium quality, located in a great area.

The building offers a contemporary design, but it evokes the tripartite volumetric distribution of classical architecture itself. Respectful of the environment in which it is inserted, dissimulates the incorporated technology, built from the thermal conditioning systems, to the sandstone façade coatings made in porcelain 3mm thick.

Originally designed to provide office space of high performance, was chosen by Ferrere Lawyers and CPA-Ferrere Consultants to become its corporate office in 2013.
