The first sector is called “Laburanding”; space known in the world market as “Cowork”; implanted inside the building in the field of commercial space on the ground floor old. Ample space in form of “open space” composed of shared work stations at tables with up to six people spread over a large portion of the ground floor double height. The space can be identified by the use of the orange color.

The mezzanine of the ground floor works in conjunction with the “open space” proposed in the main level, and integrating it balconeando on the mezzanine to double the existing building height.

At this level workspaces partially closed rooms for four and six users are proposed; allowing installed in the same form as those of the “open space” but in small offices; allowing greater privacy.

The Co-Working is a way of working that allows freelancers, entrepreneurs, etc; share a workspace, both physical and virtual, to develop their professional projects independently or jointly. Thus seeks to expand the network of contacts for each user.

The main floor also has a small mezzanine which houses a section of tables for coffee breaks.

 In the last two levels; corresponding to the new extension of the old building, the second mode of work nicknamed “Büro” was proposed; workspaces with mode “office sharing”. These levels; offer jobs in small offices shared with more privacy; Cowork the idea remains but with a more corporate grade “Laburanding” seeking a bag of small business customers, partners and teams seeking their own space.

The offices house completely glazed different amounts of workstations that are identified with the colors selected in the equipment; therefore there is an intention to identify you with your own space.

Particularly in the second level are bulky attics that can be seen from the exterior walls of the old house. These were designed to generate more private Hierarchy, or otherwise a large workplace for four.

Thus, Serratosa space fits perfectly for their proposed different sectors, with obvious contemporary features, both in the selected equipment and the design of the enclosures; employee of the interior, which interact seamlessly with the restoration of the historic building.
