The proposal implemented in June 2015; he dubbed “Space Serratosa” is inserted into the building with two similar working methods but with different operating logistics.
Serratosa space; It is composed of four sectors distributed in the building; adapting existing installations. They can be easily identified by the colors and designs in the architectural proposal utlizados Interior and equipment.
Also different sectors are called depending on what comprises each of these spaces with the corresponding colored logo implemented in both enclosures and equipment.
The first sector is called “Laburanding”; space known in the world market as “Cowork”; implanted inside the building in the field of commercial space on the ground floor old. Ample space in form of “open space” composed of shared work stations at tables with up to six people spread over a large portion of the ground floor double height. The space can be identified by the use of the orange color.
The mezzanine of the ground floor works in conjunction with the “open space” proposed in the main level, and integrating it balconeando on the mezzanine to double the existing building height.
At this level workspaces partially closed rooms for four and six users are proposed; allowing installed in the same form as those of the “open space” but in small offices; allowing greater privacy.
The Co-Working is a way of working that allows freelancers, entrepreneurs, etc; share a workspace, both physical and virtual, to develop their professional projects independently or jointly. Thus seeks to expand the network of contacts for each user.
It was therefore imperative logically allocate space as offered the building to use it; open spaces; allowing accommodate a large number of users and all the services required by a professional; WIFI, internet connection via data cable, printing centers and places to relax we call “Hangouts”.
A second sector nicknamed “Margat Bistro” appears; a restaurant in Nice dimensions, which also is implanted in the commercial property sector old building with aesthetic intentions that dialogue and articulate Cowork workspaces.
This restaurant; located on the mezzanine of nearly half the local plant was designed as a plus of the services offered to users. It is characterized by the use of green apple implemented in the design of the enclosure that divides the workspace and double height under the mezzanine restaurant.
Inside; despite its small but practical kitchen with all that it requires; It stands out with its counter in dialogue with those selected for the space and quality materials colors. As well as designing tables with benches and bar for diners who give warmth and articulate with the rest.
The third sector; located on the first floor of the building we call from its origins as the “noble floor”. Level housing the space called by the subsidiary, “Happening”; four meeting rooms were equipped in the old rooms of the house, a function room, and as each sector of entrepreneurship, Hangouts. The main floor also has a small mezzanine which houses a section of tables for coffee breaks.
In the last two levels; corresponding to the new extension of the old building, the second mode of work nicknamed “Büro” was proposed; workspaces with mode “office sharing”. These levels; offer jobs in small offices shared with more privacy; Cowork the idea remains but with a more corporate grade “Laburanding” seeking a bag of small business customers, partners and teams seeking their own space.
The offices house completely glazed different amounts of workstations that are identified with the colors selected in the equipment; therefore there is an intention to identify you with your own space.
Particularly in the second level are bulky attics that can be seen from the exterior walls of the old house. These were designed to generate more private Hierarchy, or otherwise a large workplace for four.
Thus, Serratosa space fits perfectly for their proposed different sectors, with obvious contemporary features, both in the selected equipment and the design of the enclosures; employee of the interior, which interact seamlessly with the restoration of the historic building. Causing a sharp contrast between historicism and contemporary, that make it very tempting to use the spaces.
Equipment of Italian origin with the perfect accessories to connected users; and workstations closed offices that complement and give warmth to the space. The use of color; implemented both equipment and enclosures designs show a nice perspective of space. Painted wooden enclosures positioned vertically alternately combine space and design are central to define and articulate spaces.
