Antonio Serratosa house is located in an area of ​​the Old City in a diffuse spatial configuration, in a mixed buildings reality, different architectures coexist. Some of these are in continuous degradation process while others have operated, with the strong development momentum that it´s experiencing the Old City, with some revitalizing capacity. In this context, our project aims to join the latter contributing to the consolidation, definition and character of its surroundings.
Programmatically, It´s proposed to use the ground floor for commercial use while the main floor and two levels annexed offices.
It is proposed to add two floors above the current roof.
